How am I billed?
Web Design: For web design, we generally require a downpayment to begin work. We work with you every step of the way, letting you see snapshots of the project and getting your input. Once the project is completed, we collect the remaining amount due and your website goes live for the rest of the world to see!
Logo Design: For logos, we require a deposit before crafting your multiple mockups. After your logo is completed, we collect the remaining amount due and your deposit goes towards this. See our full process here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For residents in and around the Houston, TX area we accept the following forms of payment: credit card, checks, money orders, bank to bank wires, and Paypal payments.
For those that we are not able to meet in person, we typically send an invoice via Paypal where you are able to pay directly with a valid credit/debit card.
Do you charge ongoing fees?
Unlike many web design companies, we don't charge monthly fees to maintain your site! However, you'll still be responsible for paying yearly website hosting and domain charges.
We price match!
There's no worse feeling than paying for a product only to find that exact same product for half the price! That's why we're proud to be one of the only web design companies in Houston to offer price matching for our Website Packages! We currently don't offer price matching for any other service other than web design.
